As an Assistant Centre Manager, you will support the overall operation of the Business Centre, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and well-maintained space for all customers and visitors.

The role is Front of House and so you will need to have excellent customer service skills and be able to quickly build relationships and be a great problem solver, as well as have a professional appearance and personality.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and visitors to the site
• Manage all mail and deliveries to the centre
• Ensure all facilities are well maintained to the highest professional standards
• Promote and encourage site networking
• Coordinate and promote customer engagement activities
• Support Social Media activity
• Assist with customer viewings and sales.

Experience required:

• Previous face to face customer service or reception experience
• Strong IT knowledge including Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Full driving license
