A well established and highly regarded law firm in Hull is looking to welcome an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to its growing property team.

This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor who enjoys working directly with clients and wants to be part of a supportive team, handling a varied caseload of interesting commercial property work.

You will work with a broad range of clients including local businesses, developers and investors, with the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters and build strong client relationships.

What you’ll be working on:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Lease negotiations and renewals
• Property development work
• Secured lending transactions
• Providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients

What they’re looking for:

• 2 to 5 years PQE in Commercial Property, or equivalent experience
• Good technical knowledge across a range of commercial property matters
• Comfortable managing your own files and working with a degree of autonomy
• Strong communication and client care skills
• A positive and approachable attitude
