The firm advises an impressive client base ranging from developers, investors and landlords through to national businesses and property occupiers. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the Leeds office.

Your new role

You will join an established real estate team handling a broad range of commercial property matters for a diverse client portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, advising on complex and high-value transactions while developing strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters.
• Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and portfolio management.
• Supporting development and regeneration projects.
• Advising investors, developers, occupiers and corporate clients.
• Assisting with asset management and property-related transactional work.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE.
• Strong commercial property experience gained within private practice.
• Experience handling a broad range of real estate transactions.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
• Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team.
