Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across your designated region
• Identify and win new customers to grow your territory
• Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline
• Work collaboratively with suppliers and internal product specialists
• Support customers with parts, spares, PPE, tools, and MRO requirements
• Use CRM systems and KPIs to manage performance and territory growth

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in Account Management or Business Development
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage a territory and prioritise workload effectively
• Experience in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade environment (desirable but not essential)
• Comfortable using CRM systems and working to KPIs
