What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Office Coordinator:

• Overseeing day-to-day office operations, facilities, suppliers, systems and administration
• Providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including some diary management and meeting coordination
• Coordinating recruitment administration, onboarding, inductions and people-related processes
• Managing business workflows, deadlines and actions while ensuring tasks are followed through to completion
• Supporting office budgets, expenditure, suppliers and the implementation of improved systems and processes
• Building effective relationships with colleagues, clients, contractors and external stakeholders while maintaining consistently high professional standards
