The successful candidate will have previous residential property management experience and, importantly, a strong knowledge of South Kensington and the surrounding areas. Local area experience is essential for this role, with a good understanding of the local property market and the ability to confidently deal with landlords, tenants and contractors.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

- Negotiating tenancy renewals and tenancy-related matters
- Monitoring compliance deadlines and ensuring accurate record keeping
- Building positive relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers
