The Role

You will handle a varied Employment Law caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

• Advising employers on day-to-day employment issues
• Employment Tribunal claims and advocacy where appropriate
• Complex discrimination and whistleblowing matters
• Employment aspects of corporate transactions and due diligence
• Large-scale employment projects and consultation exercises
• Ongoing HR and employment law support for businesses

About You

• Qualified Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Ideally 2–6 years' experience in Employment Law
• Experience advising employer clients
• Strong technical knowledge of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Excellent communication and client management skills
