We're working with an ambitious, forward thinking digital marketing agency that's experiencing some seriously exciting growth. Their Paid Social portfolio has tripled in size over the last 18 months, and they're now looking for a talented Paid Social Media Specialist to help take things to the next level.

This isn't a role where you'll simply be managing campaigns and reporting on results. You'll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas to the table, challenge existing strategies and play a key part in shaping how Paid Social is delivered across the agency.

THE PAID SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST ROLE

As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you'll be at the heart of an exciting period of growth, taking ownership of Paid Social campaigns from initial strategy through to execution, optimisation and reporting.

You'll be the go to expert for Paid Social, working closely with clients and creative teams to build campaigns that don't just look great, but deliver meaningful commercial results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own Paid Social campaigns end-to-end - Manage and optimise Meta advertising accounts, from audience strategy and campaign builds through to reporting and performance analysis
• Drive creative innovation - Collaborate with design and motion teams to develop engaging UGC-style content, scroll-stopping adverts and conversion-focused creative
• Test, learn and scale - Lead creative testing, audience experimentation and incrementality testing to uncover new opportunities for growth
• Explore new platforms - Identify opportunities across TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and Pinterest, using performance data to guide investment
• Be the Paid Social expert - Take a leading role in client meetings, confidently presenting results, explaining strategies and recommending improvements
• Shape the bigger picture - Work alongside PPC and SEO specialists to ensure Paid Social contributes to wider digital marketing objectives

PAID SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST ESSENTIAL SKILLS

We're looking for someone who's passionate about Paid Social, commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to make their mark.

You'll ideally bring:

• 2+ years experience managing Paid Social campaigns within an agency or in-house environment
• Strong hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager, alongside at least one additional advertising platform
• A solid understanding of creative testing, audience targeting and campaign optimisation
• Confidence analysing performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
• An understanding of how Paid Social works alongside PPC, SEO and wider digital marketing strategies
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build strong client relationships
• A creative mindset combined with a genuine passion for delivering measurable results
