Paid Social Account Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits
Location: Hybrid Working (London)

An award-winning, fast-growing digital marketing business is looking for a Paid Social Account Manager to join its high-performing media team. Working across a diverse portfolio of brands, you'll take ownership of paid social strategy, campaign delivery and client growth, helping businesses achieve measurable results through intelligent, performance-driven social advertising.

The Opportunity

As Paid Social Account Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day management of client accounts across platforms including Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn. You'll be responsible for building and optimising campaigns, uncovering opportunities for growth, and translating performance data into meaningful commercial recommendations.

You'll work alongside specialists across strategy, creative, analytics and client services, giving you exposure to integrated campaigns and a genuine seat at the table when shaping client strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning paid social strategy and delivery across a portfolio of client accounts
• Planning, launching and optimising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
• Managing activity across the full customer journey, from awareness through to lead generation and conversion
• Developing audience strategies, testing plans and performance frameworks
• Analysing campaign results and turning data into actionable recommendations
• Leading client conversations, reporting sessions and performance reviews
• Identifying opportunities to drive efficiency, improve results and grow account performance
• Working closely with creative teams to maximise campaign effectiveness
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What We're Looking For

• Around 3+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns
• Strong hands-on experience across Meta Ads Manager
• Exposure to platforms such as TikTok and LinkedIn
• Agency experience would be highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of paid social strategy, optimisation, audience development and measurement
• Confident analysing campaign performance and presenting insights to clients
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in testing, learning and innovation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
