Day-to-day of the role:

• Support the full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval through to onboarding.
• Post job adverts across various recruitment platforms.
• Screen applications and coordinate interviews.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct pre-employment checks and obtain references.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases.
• Provide administrative support to the wider HR and Recruitment team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous administration or recruitment experience.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional, proactive, and positive approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment.
