Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus

OTE: £75,000 to £100,000

The Opportunity

Recruit UK is working with a growing, directly authorised financial planning firm in Wokingham that is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Build new business through referrals and professional introducers.
• Deliver tailored financial planning solutions.
• Work closely with the administration and support teams.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and client service.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Previous experience working as a Financial Adviser.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning.
• Confident managing and developing client relationships.
• Ability to generate new business through referrals.
• An existing transferable client bank would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Chartered status or working towards Chartered would be beneficial.

Salary & Benefits

• £55,000 to £65,000 basic salary DOE.
• Uncapped performance-related bonus.
