Key Responsibilities: * Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to children with varying special educational needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or physical disabilities). * Assist the class teacher in adapting lesson materials and delivering engaging activities. * Support the social, emotional, and physical wellbeing of the children. * Help manage classroom behavior positively and proactively. What We Are Looking For: * Previous experience working with children (personal or professional). * A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with students and staff. * A relevant qualification is advantageous but not essential
