Facilities Coordinator

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 4:30pm

Temporary Contract

We are currently seeking a proactive and professional Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of a busy office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, customer service, and facilities experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, landlords, and service providers.
• Assist with the coordination and management of on-site contractors, ensuring services are delivered to required standards.
• Provide a welcoming and professional experience for visitors and employees.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and safety checks while supporting compliance procedures.
• Ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard and remains safe, clean, and operational.
• Support incident reporting and follow established escalation procedures when required.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in facilities, workplace coordination, office administration, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
