FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established window, door and building products business with the recruitment of an Administrator – Order Processing.

Permanent, full-time position based in Inverness.

Salary

This is a varied customer service and administration role focused on processing customer orders accurately, supporting trade customers and ensuring a smooth experience from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
• Manage order information, customer details and product requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to trade customers by telephone, email and in person.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Keep customers updated on orders, products and delivery information.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day administration.
• Assist with customer enquiries and provide information on products and services.
• Support showroom activity and greet customers where required.
• Maintain accurate CRM and order-processing information.
• Assist with follow-up activity relating to sales leads and customer enquiries.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
• Support wider administrative requirements across the team.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within administration, order processing, customer service or sales support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident handling customer enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face.
• Good organisation and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience using CRM, ERP or order-processing systems would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a wider team.
• Experience within construction, windows, doors or building products would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Full UK driving licence would be beneficial.
