The start date is ASAP, with the contract running for 3 Months  Oversee daily site operations, ensuring health and safety standards are maintained and work progresses according to programme. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Must have civils / groundworks experience.  Must have exceptional under pinning experience.  Previous experience as a Site Manager in the construction sector, with a proven track record of managing fit out or modular build projects. Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Card. Strong organisational skills, leadership ability, and effective communication skills. Rates are negotiable based on experience, with a standard shift pattern aligned with project demands.
