This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced Plumber who is also confident completing a range of associated multi-trade works. 🔧 The Role 🚰 General plumbing repairs and maintenance 💧 Diagnosing and repairing leaks 🚽 Repairing/replacing toilets, taps, sinks and sanitaryware 🛁 Bathroom repairs and installations 🔧 Pipework repairs and replacements 🏠 Working within occupied and void social housing properties 🛠️ Completing associated multi-trade works 📱 Updating and completing jobs using the provided tablet 👥 Providing a professional service when working in tenants' homes ✅ Requirements Previous social housing repairs and maintenance experience Strong plumbing background Relevant plumbing qualification or substantial demonstrable trade experience Good multi-trade ability Experience working within occupied properties Full UK Driving Licence Good customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload 🛠️ Additional Skills Beneficial Experience across any of the following would be advantageous: ✅ Tiling ✅ Patch plastering ✅ Carpentry ✅ Painting & decorating ✅ Bathroom fitting ✅ General property maintenance 🎁 What's On Offer? ✅ 40 hours per week ✅ Company van & fuel card provided ✅ Tablet provided ✅ Temp-to-perm opportunity ✅ ASAP start ✅ Long-term opportunity within social housing repairs 📩 If you're an experienced Plumber with good multi-trade skills and a background in social housing repairs, apply today for immediate consideration.
