We are currently recruiting for an experienced Advice & Support Lead (Human Resources).

The Role:

As an Advice & Support Lead, you will provide professional HR advice, guidance and end-to-end employee relations case management to managers across the organisation.

You will act as a trusted HR advisor, supporting managers with a range of complex employee relations and sickness absence matters and ensuring that cases are managed fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation and organisational policy.

• £28.23 per hour Umbrella
• Contract until March 2027
• Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters
• Manage HR cases from initial advice through to resolution
• Advise on employment legislation, HR policies and procedures
• Support managers with sickness absence and attendance cases
• Provide advice on disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance matters
• Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and Legal Services on complex cases
• Support appeals and Employment Tribunal processes
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR procedures

About You:

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, or a degree/equivalent qualification in HR or a related discipline
• Strong experience working within Human Resources / Employee Relations
• Proven experience providing HR advice to managers
• Experience managing employee relations cases from start to finish
• Good knowledge of UK employment legislation
• Experience dealing with sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance and capability cases
