E-commerce Executive – Online Marketplaces

Location: Bradford - office-based

• Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 plus up to £5,000 annual on-target earnings bonus (paid quarterly).
• Full-time

Are you an eBay specialist who knows how to turn a marketplace listing into a best-seller?

Swedencare UK, home of ProDen PlaqueOff, is looking for an E-commerce Executive to take ownership of our growing portfolio of direct-to-consumer marketplaces.

About Us

Swedencare UK is part of the Swedencare group, a global animal health business. Our brands help pet owners care for their animals’ health every day, and ProDen PlaqueOff is one of the best-known names in pet dental care.

About the Role

You’ll run our online direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels outside Amazon: eBay, the Swedencare website, Tesco Marketplace, The Range, Wilko, Debenhams, B&Q and new marketplaces as we launch them. eBay is our priority channel, and you’ll be the person who grows it.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning day-to-day trading on every marketplace, including listings, pricing, stock, promotions and customer service standards.
• Growing eBay sales through optimised listings, Promoted Listings, store management and seller performance.
• Building and maintaining accurate, compliant product content across all channels.
• Reporting weekly on sales, margin and channel health, and acting on what the numbers show.
• Finding and launching new marketplace opportunities.
• Working with the Commercial/Sales Lead, warehouse and customer service teams to keep orders flowing.

About You

You’ll bring:

• At least two years’ experience managing D2C online marketplaces.
• Strong, hands-on eBay experience, including listings, Seller Hub, Promoted Listings and account health.
• Experience on other UK marketplaces, such as Tesco, The Range, B&Q or Debenhams, or a Shopify/WooCommerce website.
• Confidence with Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace reporting.
• An organised, detail-focused approach and the ability to manage several channels at once.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly motivated, with the drive to hit targets and keep raising the bar.
• Passionate about e-commerce and excited by what makes a listing sell.
• Keen to succeed and grow their career with us as our channels grow.
• A self-starter who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do next.
• Positive, resilient and calm when things get busy.
• Curious and always learning, keeping up with marketplace changes and trying new ideas.
• A team player who builds good relationships across the business.

What We Offer

• £30,000–£35,000 salary.

• 23 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.

• Real ownership of a channel portfolio in a growing international business.

Please note: This role is based full-time in our Bradford office, so you must live within a commutable distance. You must have the right to work in the UK; we’re unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
