I'm looking for a Product Executive to join a successful and established travel business, working closely with the Head of Product to ensure an exciting and competitive product offering across all brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, analytical and organised, with a genuine passion for travel and an interest in developing their career within Product. Salary from £26k pa depending on experience, this is ideally an office based role in Birmingham, although hybrid working will be considered after training.

THE ROLE

• Assist the Head of Product and Product Team with the development and delivery of the company's product offering
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and product offerings to identify market trends and commercial opportunities
• Build and maintain accurate product content across internal systems
• Ensure websites are kept up to date with product information, imagery, rates, special offers and product tags
• Liaise with suppliers, partners and third parties, resolving product and operational queries
• Produce regular product, supplier and commercial performance reports
• Maintain accurate product documentation, supplier information and contact details
• Support the investigation and resolution of supplier-related queries and customer complaints
• Work closely with Marketing, providing product information, imagery and offers for campaigns and promotions
• Attend supplier and partner meetings and ensure agreed actions are followed up
• Coordinate supplier appointments, meetings and travel arrangements where required
• Provide general support to the Product Team across a variety of projects and commercial activity

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We're looking for someone with travel industry experience and a strong understanding of travel products and the wider industry.

You'll need to be:

• A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Commercially aware with a good understanding of product and market trends
• Highly proficient in MS Excel
• Numerically strong and analytical
• Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• A proactive team player with a creative and solutions-focused approach

Most importantly, you'll be passionate about travel and product and keen to play an important role within a busy and commercially focused Product Team.
