Warehouse Operative Taunton, TA1 | Monday to Friday, 9:15am - 5:15pm | Ongoing Temporary Role Looking for a role with a great work-life balance and no weekend working? We are recruiting a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client based in Taunton, TA1. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity offering regular weekday hours, a friendly working environment and the chance to join a well-established operation. Conveniently located within Taunton, the site is ideally suited to candidates based locally or those able to travel easily by public transport, walking or cycling, with limited on-site parking available. The RoleAs a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important part in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Picking customer orders accurately using pick lists Packing products safely and securely for dispatch Labelling and preparing goods for shipment Carrying out quality checks on stock and completed orders Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment Supporting colleagues with general warehouse duties as requiredSkills and ExperienceTo be successful in this Warehouse Operative position, you should have: Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics, dispatch or distribution environment Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking and packing orders A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Good reliability and timekeeping The ability to follow instructions and work efficiently to deadlinesCandidates with experience as a Picker Packer, Order Picker, Distribution Operative, Stores Operative or Logistics Assistant are encouraged to apply.
