Area Sales Manager – HVAC Location: London & South East Salary: £45,000–£50,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Bonus/Benefits An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious HVAC sales professional looking to take the next step in their career with a growing HVAC business. This position would particularly suit someone currently working in internal sales, sales support or a junior external sales role who is ready to progress into a field-based position. Covering London and the South East, you'll be responsible for developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities, predominantly within the M&E and HVAC contractor market. The Role * Manage and develop relationships with existing customers across the territory * Identify and develop new business opportunities * Build relationships with M&E and HVAC contractors * Promote the company's product range and identify upcoming projects * Develop your knowledge of the territory and establish a strong customer network * Progress into a confident, commercially successful field sales professional About You We're looking for someone ambitious, personable and keen to develop a long-term career in HVAC sales. You'll ideally have: * Experience in internal sales, external sales or sales support within HVAC, air conditioning or building services * Some understanding of HVAC products and the contractor market * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * A proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for developing new business * The confidence to meet customers and build relationships face-to-face * A full UK driving licence Previous field sales experience is not essential.
