Site Agent - Wastewater (Civils) Location: Cumbria - Cockermouth, Kirkby Thore, Great Broughton and surrounding sites Rate: CIS / Outside IR35 Sector: Water / Wastewater - AMP8 Ready to step up from Section Engineer and take real ownership of delivery? Carrington West is partnered with a leading contractor delivering a programme of wastewater treatment upgrades across Cumbria for one of the UK's largest water companies. We're looking for a hands-on Site Agent to join the team and help drive the civils works, which include additions and upgrades to live treatment works, new foundations, extra process vessels and the associated civil engineering. The role combines engineering with site management. You'll carry out your own setting out and work closely with the Site Manager to run the job day to day. It's a good fit for an experienced Section Engineer who wants more responsibility without leaving the technical side behind. Key responsibilities ·Setting out and engineering support across the works ·Producing and managing your own ITPs and QA checks ·Working with the Site Manager on day-to-day delivery, including programme, subcontractors and coordination ·Keeping quality, safety and environmental standards high on live operational sites What you'll need ·Degree in Civil Engineering ·SMSTS ·Proven setting out experience ·Wastewater or water sector experience is preferred, but strong infrastructure civils backgrounds will be considered ·Temporary works knowledge is a bonus but not essential   If interested get in touch
