EA Associates are currently recruiting for a Handyman to work on a commercial refurbishment project. The ideal candidate will have a good level of practical experience, particularly in carpentry, and be confident carrying out general refurbishment and repair work. Duties will include: * Patching and repairing flooring using timber and chipboard. * Patching and repairing plasterboard walls. * Assisting with the installation of UPVC windows. * Carrying out general handyman and refurbishment tasks as required. Working hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm Parking: Free on-site parking. Requirements: * Previous handyman or refurbishment experience. * Good carpentry knowledge and practical skills. * Own tools preferred. * Valid CSCS * Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
