Senior Pricing Analyst
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £60,000

We're working with a growing organisation looking to hire a Senior Pricing Analyst to support its continued growth and development. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team, influence commercial decisions and contribute to the development of pricing strategies across a range of products.

The Role

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, assess performance and support pricing decisions.

• Recommend pricing changes based on data-driven insights, clearly communicating the rationale and commercial impact.

• Maintain and enhance pricing models using Excel and Python.

• Use SQL to query and analyse live data.

• Support the development of pricing strategies to manage risk, improve competitiveness and drive growth.

• Evaluate new market opportunities and help optimise pricing models.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

About You

• At least 2 years' experience in a pricing-focused analytical role, ideally 3-4 years.

• Strong understanding of pricing principles and their commercial application.

• Confident using SQL to analyse data.

• Experience with Excel modelling; Python is desirable.

• Able to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Commercially minded, analytical and comfortable working collaboratively.

• A degree in any discipline.

Experience within financial services, lending, mortgages or another pricing-led industry would be advantageous.
