Finance Manager New Forest | Office-Based | £65,000 - £70,000 The Opportunity We are delighted to be supporting a long-established and successful business in the New Forest with the appointment of a Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a varied and influential role that combines financial control, commercial support and team leadership. You'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate reporting and robust controls, while providing valuable insight to support business performance and decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both the operational and financial sides of a business and is looking to make a tangible impact. Key Responsibilities Preparation and review of monthly management accounts Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management Review of VAT returns and group balance sheet reconciliations Business partnering with operational stakeholders across the organisation Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting Leading, mentoring and developing the finance team Supporting the Finance Director on a range of strategic and operational initiatives About You We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys taking ownership and driving improvements.
