This role offers genuine autonomy to oversee a diverse portfolio of new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors. Essential Requirements You should possess the following experience to be considered: * Dual Project Expertise: Proven delivery of both new build and refurbishment projects. * Sector Versatility: Experience managing concurrent projects across multiple sectors. * Warranty Compliance: Strong working knowledge of NHBC and LABC warranties. * Contractual Understanding: Practical experience working with JCT and NEC forms of contract. The Role You will manage multiple live sites from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are safe, on time, and within budget. * Project Ownership: Oversee concurrent regional projects. * Team Leadership: Manage and support site-based teams and Site Managers. * Commercial Control: Partner with surveyors to monitor programmes, quality, and margins. * Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. * Pre-Construction: Support planning, programming, and value engineering activities. About You * Current experience as a Contracts Manager, or a seasoned and ambitious Project or Site Manager ready to step up. * Track record of managing multiple sites simultaneously. * Commercially astute with excellent leadership and communication skills. * Full UK driving licence.
