Pertemps are currently recruiting for multiple Customer Service Administrators to join a leading logistics company at their Head Office in Chineham, Basingstoke.
This is a temporary, ongoing assignment running until the end of the year, offering an excellent opportunity to join a well-established logistics business.
Working Hours:
You will be working one of the following shifts:
5:00am – 1:30pm
6:00am – 2:30pm
1:30pm – 10:00pm
Please note that you will also be required to work four evening shifts from 6:00pm – 1:00am between 20th and 23rd December.
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator:
Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails.
Logging customer queries accurately onto the company's CRM system.
Managing live issues and investigating discrepancies.
Completing KPI trackers and performance reports.
Collating information and updating internal business systems.
Liaising with internal teams to chase and resolve outstanding queries.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with depots and customers.
Requirements for this position:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
Confident communicating over the telephone.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
£12.71 per hour.
Choice of shift patterns as outlined above.
Four additional evening shifts from 20th – 23rd December (6:00pm – 1:00am).
Temporary, ongoing assignment until the end of the year.
