Private Client Fee Earner – Wills, Probate & Estate Planning

Kent | £30,000 – £36,000 DOE + Bonus | Full or Part Time

Are you an experienced Private Client professional looking for more ownership and the opportunity to help shape a growing service?

I’m recruiting for an award-winning financial planning firm looking for an experienced Private Client / Estate Planning Fee Earner to join their team.

You’ll manage your own caseload covering:

• Wills and Estate Planning
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning
• Complex and high-value estates

You'll work closely with Financial Advisers and have access to an established client base, internal referrals, administrative support and ongoing professional development.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years’ Private Client / Will Writing experience
• Confident managing cases from instruction to completion
• Strong client relationship skills
• STEP qualified, part-qualified or similar would be advantageous
• Solicitor qualification is not essential

What’s on offer
