Private Client Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitors to join a growing and well-established legal practice. This role is perfect for solicitors looking to manage an existing caseload while contributing to the development of the team.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a varied Private Client caseload including:
  • Wills and estate planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Trusts and trust administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Tax planning
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Related Private Client work
• Provide a high-quality and personal service to clients.
• Maintain autonomy over your caseload while working as part of a supportive team.
• Assist colleagues when required and contribute to the team's development.
• Engage in business development activities, building strong relationships with existing clients and developing new professional and client contacts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.
• Solid experience across a broad range of Private Client matters.
• Confidence in managing your own caseload independently.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with a comfortable approach to business development.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Capable of working well both independently and as part of a wider team.
