Supervising Social Worker

Salary: £35,000-£44,500 + annual bonuses

Location: Herefordshire

NonStop's client, based in the Herefordshire area, is currently seeking a determined and motivated Social Workers to join their small and highly regarded therapeutic agency.

Responsibilities:

• Support and supervision of a caseload of foster carers
• Ensure therapeutic practice and take part in the out of hours rota
• Responsible for assessments, supervision, and training of foster carers

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driving License
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Experience working within the Social Care sector
