HR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - London

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 17:30

Reports to: Senior HR Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

A top international law firm is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to join its London HR Operations team. You will be the first port of call for the London HR inbox, the person who keeps PeopleSoft data spot on across five offices, and a safe pair of hands for the monthly London payroll.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS HR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

- Running the London HR Operations inbox, sorting queries and replying to employees using standard templates

- Entering and auditing PeopleSoft data for new hires, leavers, transfers and personal updates across London, Munich/Frankfurt, Paris, Brussels and Riyadh

- Carrying out the weekly joiner audit and training new joiners on PeopleSoft

- Helping test system fixes and enhancements

- Producing ad hoc reports for Directors and Managers

- Coordinating international transfers and secondments, in line with the US procedure

- Preparing and validating the monthly London payroll data

- Running the deduction, timesheet and vacation reconciliations and chasing down any queries

- General team admin, process documentation, diaries and meeting notes

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Previous experience with HR systems (PeopleSoft is a bonus)

- Advanced Excel and a good head for figures

- Great attention to detail and follow-through

- Clear, friendly communication at all levels

- Complete discretion with confidential information

- A calm, hands-on approach when things get busy

- Experience improving processes, including using AI to automate them, is a plus
