• Position: Supply Teacher.
• Pay: £150-£220 per day, depending on experience and assignment.

Your Role as a Supply Teacher

Working as a Supply Teacher, you will maintain continuity in pupils' learning and give the school a clear handover at the end of the assignment.

• Deliver the planned learning for your agreed class and respond to pupils' questions.
• Adapt activities where pupils need a different explanation, additional support or further challenge.
• Establish classroom routines quickly and follow the school's agreed policies.
• Assess understanding and share relevant information with teaching and support staff.

What We Are Looking For in a Supply Teacher

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification, alongside relevant primary experience.
• An organised Supply Teacher who is reliable and confident managing a class.
• A clear approach to safeguarding, communication and working with support staff.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one, alongside satisfactory safeguarding checks.
