As demand for their services continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an ambitious and experienced Head of Income Generation to lead and develop their fundraising strategy, helping secure the resources needed to support thousands more families across the region.

The Role

Reporting as part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a sustainable income generation strategy, driving growth across multiple fundraising streams and building strong relationships with supporters, funders and partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing the charity's income generation strategy
• Identifying and securing new fundraising opportunities
• Leading and developing the fundraising team
• Building partnerships with trusts, foundations, corporate supporters and major donors
• Monitoring performance against income targets and budgets
• Producing compelling funding applications, proposals and presentations
• Working collaboratively across the organisation to support future growth plans

• Individual giving and major donors
• Events and campaigns
• Digital fundraising
• Gift Aid and legacy giving

About You

We are keen to speak with experienced fundraising professionals who have a successful track record of generating income and developing fundraising strategies.

You may currently be working as:

• Head of Fundraising
• Head of Income Generation
• Fundraising Manager
• Senior Fundraiser
• Business Development Manager within the charity sector

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience of generating charitable or commercial income
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Experience of leading and developing teams
• The ability to identify opportunities and turn them into successful fundraising initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Commercial awareness combined with a passion for making a difference
