You’ll be the first point of contact for key accounts, coordinating with a nationwide supply chain, managing queries, and helping to deliver seamless solutions. This is a great opportunity to be part of a busy, supportive service team with plenty of room to develop.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Coordinate with the national supply chain to deliver efficient services
• Process orders and support smooth service delivery
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
• Spot opportunities to promote additional services
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide general admin support
• Support account growth and retention across existing clients

Person Specification

• Strong IT skills and CRM experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Great attention to detail and a methodical approach
• 2+ years’ experience in a B2B environment

Salary & Benefits
