Ideally, you'll have:

• A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
• A patient, empathetic and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine interest in special educational needs and child development.
• The enthusiasm to learn from experienced teachers and support staff.
