Accounts Receivable Clerk – Part-Time

Location: Norwich,

Hours: 3 full days per week (office-based)

Contract: Permanent, Part-Time

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 FTE

About the Role

Keeler Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with an established Norwich-based business seeking a reliable and organised Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their finance team on a part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous accounts receivable or general finance administration experience who is looking for a role within a friendly and supportive working environment.

Working three full days per week, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts receivable function, ensuring invoices, payments and financial records are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Raising, processing and issuing customer invoices

• Posting and allocating incoming customer payments

• Maintaining accurate sales ledger records

• Reconciling customer accounts and investigating discrepancies

• Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue payments when required

• Responding to customer queries relating to invoices and payments

• Processing credit notes and making account adjustments

• Supporting the wider finance team with general administration and ad hoc tasks

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and comfortable managing routine finance tasks with minimal supervision.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, sales ledger or a similar finance administration role

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Confidence using accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• A friendly, proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team

Formal accounting qualifications are not essential – practical experience and a positive attitude are more important.
