FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established and highly regarded motorhome dealership with the recruitment of a Vehicle Sales Executive.

Permanent, full-time position based in Kendal.

Salary

Negotiable basic salary + uncapped commission and bonus structure, with expected OTE of £60,000+

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a long-established family-run business within the motorhome and leisure vehicle sector. The role offers significant earning potential for someone who enjoys consultative selling, building customer relationships and managing the full sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert customer enquiries into vehicle sales
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable motorhomes
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
• Prepare and present finance quotations where required
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Promote additional products and add-ons to maximise sales opportunities
• Maintain and organise vehicle displays and forecourt presentation
• Photograph and upload stock vehicles for online advertising
• Maintain accurate sales administration, finance documentation and customer records
• Liaise with service teams regarding customer requirements and aftersales support
• Attend relevant trade shows across the UK when required
• Assist with the movement of stock vehicles between branches

Requirements

• Previous motorhome or caravan sales experience would be highly advantageous
• Applications also welcomed from strong automotive, leisure or high-value retail sales backgrounds
• Proven ability to build rapport and convert customer enquiries into sales
• Comfortable managing longer, consultative sales cycles
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Customer-focused with a professional and personable approach
• Target-driven and motivated by earning potential
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confident using IT systems and completing sales administration
• Full UK driving licence required
