Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide flexible support in the mornings across different year groups, depending on the school's daily needs.
• Assist Year 2 students in the afternoon with their educational activities and classroom management.
• Engage in welfare duties, ensuring the well-being and safety of students throughout the day.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to implement effective learning strategies and activities.
• Help maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
