Are you a friendly, professional and organised individual with excellent customer service skills? We are seeking a Temporary Front of House Receptionist to join a thriving head office team in Trafford Park for a 5-week assignment.

As the first point of contact for visitors, employees and contractors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The Role

As Front of House Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors, couriers and contractors
• Managing the visitor sign-in process using a visitor management system
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
• Supporting employees with general office enquiries
• Monitoring office supplies and reporting stock requirements to the Office Manager
• Assisting with general administration duties as required
• Providing support to the People & Culture team with administrative tasks and data entry where appropriate
• Ensuring meeting rooms and communal areas remain presentable and organised
• Escalating facilities or office-related issues when required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable and professional
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident working independently and managing daily priorities
• Experienced in a reception, front-of-house, customer service or office support role
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office systems
• Possesses strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous HR administration or data entry experience would be advantageous
