Recruitment Consultant – Commercial Desk

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established team and manage a warm Commercial desk with excellent potential for growth. Ideally someone who is ready for Management

Any sector Recruitment Background

The successful candidate must have recruitment experience with a strong sales background. Commercial recruitment experience would be an advantage, although we will consider candidates from other sectors who have the right skills and drive.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a busy 360 recruitment desk
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Winning new business opportunities
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Delivering a high-quality service to both clients and candidates

About you:

• Previous recruitment experience is essential
• Strong sales and business development skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Full UK driving licence required... Car available for all branch visits ect that's is shared by the team
