What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a portfolio of clients and prepare accounts to a high standard
• Review work completed by junior team members
• Supervise, coach and develop the accounts team
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and partners
• Oversee deadlines and the efficient running of year end work

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• ACA, ACCA, ICAS qualified or QBE
• Sound knowledge of UK GAAP and accounts preparation
• Experience reviewing the work of others
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
