We are hiring: Flow Controllers for Aldi Bardon Distribution Centre

Are you ready to join a highly motivated team within UK’s largest & most modern automated warehouse? We’re looking for skilled and motivated Flow Controllers to join our UK Cimcorp team on ALDI site in Bardon.

The Flow Controller is responsible for monitoring the system daily, ensuring the smooth flow of products throughout the site. You will assist the Residential Maintenance Team rectifying Jams, product spillages as well some visual checks, focusing on resolving issues that don't require tools. The work will be made in shifts, covering the maintenance support 24/7 at the customer site.

In this role, you’ll participate in daily production support routines. Within your shift you will be part of a highly motivated team, led by a Shift leader, with 2 Maintenance Engineer colleagues and the support of a 3 Flow Controllers.

What you’ll bring to succeed with us:

• Basic Computer Literacy
• Have an eye for detail, good problem-solving ability and a practical approach.
• Good communicator with the ability to analyse and impart knowledge.
• Flexibility of working pattern as and when required by business needs.
• The role requires the ability to undertake physically demanding tasks safely and effectively.
• Full training to complete the Flow Controller role will be given but experience of working within an automated warehouse / logistics environment are beneficial.
• Fluency in English.

This position is located at ALDI site in Bardon, Leicestershire.
