French Speaking Customer Service Administrator

Location: Exeter, Devon – Hybrid Working

Salary: £24,500 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: 35.25 hours per week

We are recruiting for a French Speaking Customer Service Administrator to join an established international business based in Exeter.

This is a varied position combining B2B customer service, sales administration and order management. You will be responsible for supporting French-speaking customers, processing orders and ensuring deliveries and customer enquiries are handled efficiently.

The Role

• Process customer orders, credits and pricing adjustments accurately
• Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor deliveries, backorders and product availability
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments
• Liaise with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
• Support sales reporting and general administrative activities

About You

• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken – essential
• Previous B2B customer service or sales administration experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Comfortable working with customer orders, enquiries and deadlines
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems would be advantageous but is not essential
