Looking for a Full-Time Production Role with Great Earning Potential?
We're recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing operation in Perth.
With 40 hours per week, a 20% shift allowance and immediate starts available, this is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking people who are ready to become part of an established production team.
You don't necessarily need previous manufacturing experience. What matters most is that you have a strong work ethic, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
If you enjoy practical, hands-on work, like being kept busy and can commit to the rotating early and back shifts, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Operative, you'll play an important part in keeping the manufacturing process running safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are dependable, motivated and happy to get stuck in.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Previous experience within manufacturing, production, warehouse or machine operating environments would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
No Previous Manufacturing Experience?
Don't let that stop you from applying.
We're also interested in candidates with the right attitude and transferable skills who are willing to learn. Ongoing training and support will be provided to help you develop your knowledge and confidence within the production environment.
If you're used to practical or physical work, following processes, working to deadlines or being part of a busy team, your experience could transfer well into this position.
What's in It for You?
Could You Be the Right Fit?
We're particularly keen to hear from people who are looking for consistent full-time work and can genuinely commit to the rotating shift pattern.
Reliability is important. Production relies on everyone working together, so you'll need to be someone your team can depend on to turn up on time, work safely and maintain a good standard throughout your shift.
You should also be comfortable in an environment where you'll be on the go, following processes, working towards targets and paying close attention to quality.
If you have a positive attitude, aren't afraid of hard work and are keen to learn, this could be an excellent opportunity.
Interested?
If you're looking for your next opportunity in Perth and can commit to the rotating 6:00am to 2:30pm and 1:30pm to 10:00pm shifts, we'd love to hear from you.
