Finance Business Partner

Hyde | London Bridge

£67,500–£80,000 per annum

Can you turn financial insight into better business decisions—and help services deliver greater value?

Hyde is looking for a Finance Business Partner to help service leaders and managers make informed choices about budgets, resources and investment. You’ll turn financial and operational information into clear insight, constructive challenge and practical recommendations that support organisational priorities.

Working closely with stakeholders across your assigned business areas, you’ll support planning, strengthen forecasting and explain what’s driving performance. You’ll bring a commercially focused approach, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and value for money while using data, AI and automated reporting appropriately to support better decisions.

What you’ll do
  • Build trusted relationships with service leaders and managers, providing clear financial advice and constructively challenging assumptions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling, explaining performance drivers, risks and opportunities with practical recommendations.
  • Provide financial analysis for investment proposals and resource decisions, supporting transformation initiatives and tracking expected benefits.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value for money, strengthening financial awareness and ownership of budgets across services.
  • Improve financial insight through data tools, AI and automated reporting, while maintaining appropriate financial governance and working with Finance colleagues to manage risks.
What you’ll bring
  • A professional accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, or working towards qualification, alongside experience in business partnering, management accounting or financial planning.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial and operational data and turn it into practical recommendations.
  • The confidence to influence, support and constructively challenge stakeholders, building credible and collaborative relationships.
  • A good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, performance management, financial governance and value for money.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance audiences and use reporting tools to support informed decisions.

If you’re ready to turn financial insight into meaningful business impact, we’d like to hear from you.
