Performance Marketing Executive - Paid Social & Affiliates

I'm working with a well-established lifestyle brand business who are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong paid social background who enjoys getting into the detail of campaign performance, understanding what makes creative work and using data to drive results.
You'll work across a portfolio of established outdoor, footwear and lifestyle brands, with a split of approximately 60% paid social and 40% affiliate marketing.
What will you be doing?

• Managing paid social campaigns across Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Working closely with the media agency, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring campaigns deliver against objectives.
• Analysing campaign performance, digging into the detail to understand what's working and identifying opportunities to improve results.
• Briefing the internal design team and providing creative feedback to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
• Developing audience strategies across different brands and supporting full-funnel marketing activity, from brand awareness through to conversion.
• Managing affiliate marketing activity, building content-led partnerships and developing relationships with relevant publishers.
• Supporting the growth of organic TikTok presence.
• Planning campaigns around key trading periods and ensuring creative, messaging and activity are delivered on time.

What are they looking for?

• Experience in paid social or performance marketing, ideally across Meta and TikTok.
• An understanding of full-funnel digital marketing and how different channels work together.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign results into actionable insights.
• Experience managing agency relationships and the confidence to challenge performance when needed.
• A good eye for creative and the ability to provide constructive feedback to design teams.
• Exposure to affiliate marketing, ideally involving content creators, publishers or brand partnerships.
• Experience within lifestyle, fashion, retail, outdoor or e-commerce brands would be a real advantage.
• Someone proactive, commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple campaigns across different brands.
