Part-Time Business Development Executive – School Hours Available

Location: Reading – Office Based

Hours: Part-time, flexible hours to suit school commitments

At 4Square Recruitment, we specialise in helping businesses recruit talented professionals across Technology, Cyber Security and other specialist sectors.

What you'll be doing:

• Making outbound calls to businesses and introducing our recruitment services.
• Building relationships with potential clients.
• Identifying companies with current or upcoming recruitment requirements.
• Following up with existing contacts and generating new business opportunities.
• Arranging meetings and calls for our recruitment consultants.
• Keeping our CRM system updated.

What we're looking for:

• Someone confident, friendly and comfortable speaking to people on the phone.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, recruitment or business development would be beneficial.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Someone proactive who enjoys building relationships.
• Recruitment experience is not essential – full training will be provided.
