Key responsibilities (brief)

• Driving property sales by converting qualified leads and conducting engaging viewings across the Coventry area.
• Securing optimal property values for vendors through persuasive and consultative offer negotiations.
• Building long-term relationships with local buyers, sellers, and professional contacts to boost repeat business.
• Managing the full transaction journey alongside solicitors and buyers to guarantee smooth, fast-paced completions.
• Generating new business instructions through active local networking, targeted canvassing, and local market appraisals.
• Cross-selling specialist financial services and conveyancing solutions to maximise transaction values.
• Maintaining detailed, compliant CRM activity records to track pipeline progress and client communication.
• Representing the brand values at external viewings and local market events to cement regional market share.

• Proven experience within estate agency sales, with a track record of closing property deals.
