We’re looking for an experienced Aerospace Import & Export Coordinator to join our client’s team in Feltham. You’ll be responsible for managing international freight movements from booking through to final delivery, covering air, road, import and export shipments. Ideally, you’ll have 2+ years’ aerospace experience, with a strong background in freight forwarding operations.

Location: Feltham

Salary: £36,000–£40,000 DOE

Hours: Monday–Friday, between 9:00am–5:30pm (flexibility available for earlier starts/later finishes)

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing shipments and coordinating collections, carriers and deliveries.
• Liaising with customers, airlines, hauliers and overseas partners.
• Providing regular shipment updates and resolving delays or operational issues.
• Preparing competitive Air & Road freight quotations, obtaining rates and applying agreed margins.
• Completing and checking freight, customs and export documentation.
• Tracking shipments and ensuring deliveries meet customer requirements and agreed service levels.
• Supporting invoicing, cost accruals and shipment profitability.
• Identifying ways to improve processes, service and overall efficiency.

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in aerospace freight preferred.
• Previous experience in freight forwarding operations.
• Experience handling import and export shipments.
• Experience producing freight quotes and sourcing supplier/carrier rates.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail, particularly with documentation and compliance.
• A commercially aware and proactive approach.
