Corporate Tax Senior

£36,000 to £48,000 per annum (DOE) | Permanent, full time

Varied client work and a clear route to manager level. A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Peterborough is looking for a CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified Corporate Tax Senior.

You’d work across a mixed corporate portfolio, supporting managers and partners on both compliance and advisory assignments while building your technical expertise and confidence with clients. What’s the day to day of the role:

• Preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns and computations
• Supporting managers and partners on advisory assignments
• Acting as a reliable point of contact across your client relationships
• Tracking corporation tax legislation and flagging relevant changes to clients
• Spotting tax planning opportunities across the portfolio
• Helping junior team members develop

Required skills and qualifications:

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, or working towards it, with a solid corporate tax background
• At least three years’ experience within a UK Practice environment
• Experience preparing and reviewing corporate tax computations to a high standard
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation
• Confident with clients, commercially minded, and clear about wanting to progress
